Expand your horizons on pedaling adventures beyond the 49 frontier. Transportation for riders and bicycles from Waterville Valley will be provided to these NH (and beyond) rail trail exploration rides.

Presidential Rail Trail starting from Mountain View Grand in Whitefield, riding a few miles of quiet paved roads before joining the Presidential Rail Trail and riding it to Gorham.

Ages: 13+ (riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
Cost: $35/guest $25/member
Time: 8:30am -unless otherwise noted
Meeting location: Parking area in front of WVRD office
Ride location: Changes weekly
Schedule: Thursdays 4/30/26-11/5/26

Note:

Please bring the following required items;
-A properly sized & well-maintained bike.
-Well-fitting bike helmet to be worn on the ride
-Clothing comfortable for riding in variable weather conditions
-Water
-Snacks/ Picnic lunch
-A spare tube which fits the tires currently on the bike being ridden

Rentals through the Adventure Center can be arranged ahead of time.
