Sweet Holiday Creations: A Plant-Based Dessert Workshop

Join Wendy, owner of Roots & Roses, (https://www.rootsandrosesnh.com) for a cozy, hands-on plant-based holiday dessert workshop.
This 2-hour class, limited to 12 participants, will guide you through creating an assortment of festive treats perfect for holiday gatherings and gifting. You’ll receive step-by-step visual instruction, beautifully curated recipes, and plenty of tips for plant-based baking success. Plus, you’ll make your own desserts to take home and share. All ingredients are provided.

During the class, we’ll make:
Thumbprint Cookies – a tender, melt-in-your-mouth classic filled with fruit jam or chocolate
Decadent Torte – a rich, elegant dessert perfect for holiday celebrations
Festive Dessert Bar – a seasonal creation featuring layered flavors and textures (a surprise twist!)

Because we’ll be baking through dinnertime, feel free to bring a light snack to enjoy during the class. Roots & Roses will also bring a little something to share, so we can keep our energy up while baking together.
Whether you’re a seasoned baker or simply looking to add a few new plant-based desserts to your holiday lineup, this class offers a relaxed, fun, and flavor-filled evening. You’ll leave with new skills, delicious desserts, and plenty of inspiration to sweeten your holidays!

Please note: Participants should bring a container to transport their completed desserts home safely. All other materials are provided.
